Pakistan Termite Control began in 2008 with a single technician, a single van and a frustration with how pest control was being done — quoted blind, sprayed carelessly, forgotten the moment the invoice was paid. We built the company we wished existed.

The physics in one paragraph
A bare grey concrete roof absorbs most of the solar radiation that hits it, climbing past 65–70°C on a June afternoon in the twin cities. That heat soaks into the slab all day and radiates down into your rooms all evening — which is why top floors stay hot long after sunset. Can bathrooms be waterproofed without breaking all the tiles?

When is the best time for mosquito treatment?
Just before and during the monsoon (June to October) is critical, as this is peak breeding and dengue season. Fogging is most effective at dawn and dusk when mosquitoes are active.
Is fogging safe for my garden and pets?
Yes, when professionally applied. We advise keeping pets indoors during application and for a short period afterwards; plants are unaffected by correctly dosed treatments.
Can you treat an entire housing society?

Every six months is the recommended standard for household tanks in Pakistan; annually is the absolute minimum. Tanks supplying drinking water should never go beyond a year.
How long does tank cleaning take?

Will there be any chemical taste afterwards?

Services
Pakistan Termite Control provides pest control, fumigation, waterproofing, heat proofing and water tank cleaning services. All services are delivered according to the written scope agreed before work begins.
Quotations
Quotations are provided free of charge after inspection and remain valid for 30 days. The quoted price is fixed for the agreed scope; any additional work discovered during service will be quoted separately and only carried out with your approval.
Warranties
Major treatments carry a written service warranty specifying the covered pest or issue, the coverage period, and the conditions of coverage. If the covered problem recurs within the warranty period under normal conditions, we will re-treat free of charge. Warranties are void where the treated area is structurally altered, flooded, or re-treated by another provider.
Customer responsibilities
Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property at scheduled times, follow pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians (such as ventilation times and re-entry intervals), and inform us of any relevant health conditions, pets or sensitive occupants before treatment.
Safety
All products used are approved for professional pest control use in Pakistan. Our technicians will brief you on any precautions. It is the customer's responsibility to follow these instructions; we are not liable for issues arising from failure to follow communicated safety guidance.
Payments
Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For commercial contracts, terms are specified in the service agreement.
Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 4 hours' notice. Repeated no-access visits may incur a call-out charge.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We carry out all work with professional care; any concerns about workmanship must be reported within 7 days of service completion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
