Built on one promise: do it properly, or don't do it at all
Pakistan Termite Control began in 2008 with a single technician, a single van and a frustration with how pest control was being done — quoted blind, sprayed carelessly, forgotten the moment the invoice was paid. We built the company we wished existed.
Our story
From one van to the twin cities' trusted name
What started as a small termite treatment operation in Rawalpindi — founded and still led by our CEO, Muhammad Riaz — grew the only way a service business honestly can: one satisfied client recommending us to the next. Fifteen-plus years later, our teams protect family homes, restaurant kitchens, school buildings, warehouses and government facilities across Islamabad, Rawalpindi and — for larger projects — all of Pakistan.
Along the way we widened our expertise beyond pests to the building itself, adding waterproofing, heat proofing and water tank cleaning — because the same property deserves the same standard of care, whatever is attacking it.
What hasn't changed is how we work: inspect first, quote in writing, treat properly, guarantee it, and answer the phone when you call afterwards.
